Hello, I have been running Kutools for Excel v24 on Window 10. I recently purchased the upgrade and am trying to install v27. When I run the MSI, I am getting the following error:
I have also tried unsuccessfully to uninstall the previous version. When I do, I get the above error -- along with the following error after I cancel out:

I was finally able to uninstall v24 (I had to repair it first using the original EXE installer).
I installed v27. It shows as being installed in Excel's Add-Ins:
However, the Kutools menus are not showing up.

Please find Settings Center in the Start menu as shown below:
And then click the Repair button:
Please give it a try and see if it works.
