Bagaimana cara menghapus semua komentar dari dokumen di Word?

Fitur komentar adalah salah satu fitur paling berguna di Word. Komentar memberikan catatan kepada pengguna dan lebih nyaman jika dua orang atau lebih mengedit dokumen.

Catatan: Komentar dapat ditampilkan atau disembunyikan oleh Tunjukkan Mark pilihan pada ULASAN tab Pelacakan grup, lihat tangkapan layar:

Sebagai langkah-langkah berikut, Anda dapat menghapus satu komentar atau semua komentar dokumen:

1. Pilih komentar yang ingin Anda hapus (lewati jika Anda ingin menghapus semua komentar).

2. Silakan klik ULASAN > Delete > Delete or Hapus Semua Komentar dalam Dokumen. Lihat tangkapan layar:

Note: Saat Anda meletakkan kursor di komentar, opsi Hapus akan tersedia di tangkapan layar di atas. Jika tidak, hanya ada Hapus Semua Komentar Di Word.

Ada cara mudah lain untuk menghapus semua komentar dari dokumen menggunakan VBA. Lakukan sebagai berikut:

1. Tekan "Alt-F11"Untuk membuka Microsoft Visual Basic untuk Aplikasi jendela.

2. klik Modul dari Menyisipkan tab, salin dan tempel kode VBA berikut ke jendela modul;

Kode VBA untuk menghapus semua komentar di Word:

Sub RemoveAllComments ()
Redup n Selamanya
Dim oComments Sebagai Komentar
Setel oComments = ActiveDocument.Comments
Untuk n = oComments. Hitung Sampai 1 Langkah -1
oComments (n) .Hapus
N berikutnya
Set oComments = Tidak ada
End Sub

3. klik Rundoc-balik-tanda-6 tombol untuk menerapkan VBA, atau tekan F5.
