Di sini kode VBA dapat membantu Anda secara langsung membagi dokumen Word berdasarkan halaman, lalu menyimpannya sebagai file PDF terpisah.

1. tekan Alt + F11 kunci untuk mengaktifkan Microsoft Visual Basic untuk Aplikasi jendela.

2. klik Menyisipkan > Modul, salin dan tempel kode di bawah ini ke Modul jendela.

3. tekan F5 kunci, dalam dialog Browse, pilih folder untuk menempatkan file PDF.

4. klik OK, lalu masukkan nomor halaman yang ingin Anda pisahkan mulai dan akhir.

5. klik OK. Sekarang halaman telah disimpan sebagai file PDF terpisah.

Jika Anda tidak terbiasa dengan kode VBA, Anda dapat mencoba menggunakan alat tambahan – Kutools for Word, nya Split Fitur dapat membantu Anda untuk membagi dokumen Word menjadi halaman berdasarkan hentian halaman, nomor halaman, judul1, jeda bagian, setiap halaman ke-n dan nomor halaman kustom yang Anda tentukan, lalu terapkan Pengonversi Format Dokumen untuk batch mengkonversi dokumen Word split ke PDF.

1. Aktifkan dokumen Word yang ingin Anda ubah menjadi split, klik Kutools Ditambah > Split.

2. Dalam Pisahkan Dokumen dialog, pilih aturan split yang Anda butuhkan di bagian Split by. Kemudian tentukan lokasi penyimpanan dan awalan file dokumen terpisah. Klik Ok.

Dalam majalah Pisahkan dengan bagian, ini menyediakan 6 jenis pemisahan untuk Anda. Untuk detail lebih lanjut tentang setiap jenis pemisahan, silakan kunjungi pengenalan fitur.

Sekarang dokumen split telah disimpan di lokasi yang ditentukan.

3. Setelah dokumen split, klik Kutools Ditambah > Doc / Docx.

4. Dalam Pengonversi Format Dokumen dialog, pilih Konversi Docx ke PDF bentuk Format Converter daftar drop-down, klik tanda plus untuk menambahkan file atau folder yang berisi dokumen yang ingin Anda konversi ke PDF, lalu tentukan pengaturan lain yang Anda butuhkan (secara default, ini menyimpan file PDF di folder sumber, Anda dapat mengubahnya ). Klik Ok.

Sekarang dokumen Word telah dikonversi ke file PDF.

Hi, the Split feature already support split specific pages and save as PDF only.
Choose Custom from the drop-down list in Split by section, then type the pasge numbers seperated by commas in the Page textbox, please see screenshot:

Mostmár majdnem tökéletes a kód ahhoz, amit szeretnék. A 9. sorból szeretném a fájl nevét venni, de csak a 20. karaktertől.

Ez megoldható lenne?

Ez a kód már majdnem tökéletes, a fájl elnevezéséből még ki kellene valahogyan szedni a Az eszközökért felelős személy neve részt, és akkor csak a dolgozó neve maradna.

Hi,

This code spilts the mail merge into individual PDF's. But I need to split the first 2 pages as one doc. Means if there are 12 pages I need 6 PDF docs. A set of 2 into one PDF file. Right now this code splits it into 12 individual files. Please advise what should I change in the code.

Hi, TEILLET, you can apply Kutools for Word's Split Document feature, and choose every n pages in the Split by section, then type 24 into Every n pages textbox, specify other settings, then click Ok, every 24 pages will be seperated as one single document. Then apply You should try Doc/Docx feature of Kutools for Excel, and choose Convert Docx to PDF from Format Convert section, and choose one location to save, click Ok, now every 24 page has been saved as PDF.
We have upgraded the features in Kutools for Word, but this article has not update, so the screenshots are old. We will update the contents soon, you can follow the steps to achieve.

Hello,When I click okay, the screen disappears but nothing is saved?Is there another setting I need to enable somewhere?
