Bagaimana cara mengubah nama pengirim tampilan untuk email Anda di Outlook?

1. Buka Pengaturan akun kotak dialog.

1). Di Outlook 2010 dan 2013, silakan klik File > Info > Pengaturan akun > Pengaturan akun. Lihat tangkapan layar:

2). Di Outlook 2007, silakan klik Tools > Pengaturan akun.

2. Dalam Pengaturan akun kotak dialog, pilih akun email yang ingin Anda ubah nama tampilan, lalu klik Perubahan tombol. Lihat tangkapan layar:

3. Kemudian saat file Ganti akun kotak dialog muncul, pergi ke Informasi Pengguna bagian, dan ubah nama tampilan di Nama Anda diajukan. Terakhir klik Selanjutnya .

4. Setelah mengklik Selanjutnya tombol, a Uji Pengaturan Akun dialog akan ditampilkan, tunggu sampai semua kemajuan selesai dan kemudian klik Penyelesaian .

5. klik Finish tombol di Ganti akun kotak dialog.

6. Ketika kembali ke Pengaturan akun kotak dialog, silakan klik Penyelesaian tombol untuk menutupnya.

7. Mulai sekarang, ketika seseorang menerima email Anda, mereka akan melihat nama tampilan diubah seperti gambar di bawah ini:

In my outlook 2013,i have try same as above procedure. But still, Name is not display in receiver inbox.Please help.

The internet email settings does not pop up and the woman I replaced, her name shows in the "from" field.

Please can you explain how to change the display name that e-mail recipients see? At the moment my email arrive with my full name displayed, but i would like my recipients to see Il Folpetto Ltd instead. I have an EXCHANGE account! Thanks!!!

I want only the person's name to be displayed when I send an email. But for some reason their email address is also displayed. When I set up the contact, I only entered their name in the display field in the contact folder. Yet their email address is also displayed when sending them email.

Start new email. Type their name in the "To" field. As you're typing, the name will drop down in a list. Right click and delete. If they are in your contacts, open. In the "Display as" field, remove the email address so it only shows their name.

I had every email coming into my inbox listed as one of my contacts and tried everything to rectify the problem. I just deleted the "culprit" name and everything is working fine now. I added the contact back in and all is still well.

the name of the contact whose name i am trying to change does not appear in the account settings box; only my email address. Any ideas how to really change the display name of the sender in outlook?

These instructions are for changing YOUR display name when sending e-mails, as far as I know, there is no way of changing the display name of someone SENDING e-mails to you

Well that's a problem. I've seen several different Display Names for the same Sender in Outlook. Even when the Sender is in my Contacts list, Outlook will quite often show a different Display Name, not to mention the differences in the Display Names of Recipients. Plays heck when you sort and collect through 5 years of emails for a given name. You would think Outlook would assign whatever Display Name you have in your Contacts List for a given email address, but no that would be too simple.
