Bagaimana cara menyorot atau memformat bersyarat nilai maks atau min di lembar Google?

Untuk menyoroti nilai maks atau min dari daftar di lembar Google, lakukan hal berikut:

1. Klik dibentuk > Pemformatan bersyarat, lihat tangkapan layar:

2. di Aturan format bersyarat panel, di bawah Warna tunggal tab, lakukan operasi berikut:

(1.) Klik tombol di bawah Terapkan ke rentang bagian untuk memilih kolom data yang ingin Anda sorot nilai maks atau minnya;

(2.) Lalu pilih Rumus khusus adalah dari Format sel jika daftar drop-down, lalu masukkan rumus ini: = $ B: $ B = maks (B: B) ke dalam kotak teks untuk menyorot nilai terbesar dari kolom B;

Note: Untuk menyorot nilai terkecil, masukkan rumus ini: = $ B: $ B = min (B: B).

(3.) Dan kemudian pilih satu gaya pemformatan untuk menyorot sel dari Gaya pemformatan bagian yang Anda butuhkan.

3. Dan nilai terbesar atau terkecil telah disorot sekaligus, lalu klik Done tombol untuk menutup panel.

Sorot nilai n atas atau bawah dengan Format Bersyarat di lembar Google

Jika Anda perlu menyorot nilai atas / bawah 3 atau 5 atau n, langkah-langkah berikut dapat membantu Anda.

1. Masuk ke panel aturan format bersyarat dengan mengklik dibentuk > Pemformatan bersyarat.

2. di Aturan format bersyarat panel, lakukan opsi berikut:

(1.) Klik tombol di bawah Terapkan ke rentang bagian untuk memilih kolom data yang ingin Anda sorot nilai n atas / bawah;

(2.) Lalu pilih Rumus khusus adalah dari Sel Format if daftar drop-down, lalu masukkan rumus ini: = $ B2> = besar ($ B $ 2: $ B, 3) ke dalam kotak teks untuk menyorot tiga nilai teratas dari kolom B;

Note: Untuk menyorot tiga nilai terbawah, masukkan rumus ini: = $ B2 <= kecil ($ B $ 2: $ B, 3).

(3.) Dan kemudian pilih satu format untuk menyorot sel dari Gaya pemformatan bagian yang Anda butuhkan.

3. Dan 3 nilai teratas atau terbawah telah disorot segera, lalu klik Done tombol untuk menutup panel sesuai kebutuhan.

Maybe there is no direct may for solving this task.
If your data in multiple columns, to highlight the largest value from them, you should apply the formula into the Conditional Formatting one by one column.

To highlight the smallest value from a row, please apply the below formula, please change the cell references to oyur need.
=A2=MIN($A2:$H2)

Mybe you can translate the large function in the formula into german, and you can replace the comma with semicolon.
=$B2>=large($B$2:$B,3)

First, please change the data range to P3:P992, because your data range starts from the third row.
If this doesn't work either, please translate the large function in the formula into german.

I am using the =$B2<=small($B$2:$B,3) formatting for a spreadsheet to highlight the (5) smallest values in a column and it works great. However not all of the cells will have a value and the CF formula wants to highlight the blank cells. How do I ignore the blank cells? I tried adding another rule for "is empty" but it didn't work?

Thanks for your share. Your formula works perfectly when I want to ignore the blank cells while highlighting the Nth smallest values.

And the reason why the blank cells can be highlighted is that a blank cell is treated as value zero (0). When 0 is among the top/bottom Nth values, the blank cells will be highlighted.

So there also can be a case when we want to hightlight the 5 largest values in a column and 0 can be among the top 5 values, so the blank cells can also be highlighted. Please use the formula like =IF(A1<>"",A1>=LARGE($A$1:$A$24,5),""). Then the blank cells will be ignored. Please see the attached screenshots.

Hey, wie muss ich die oben angegebene Formel "= $B:$B = min(B:B)" anpassen, damit nicht die ganze Spalte nach dem kleinsten Wert durchsucht wird, sondern nur ein angegebener Bereich, in obigem Beispiel also B2:B21? Meine Versuche, die Zeilenangaben, mit oder ohne "$", einzubinden haben alle nicht richtig funktioniert.
