Bagaimana cara menambahkan semua batas ke sel dengan pintasan di Excel?

Seperti yang Anda ketahui, batas tidak ditambahkan untuk sel di Excel secara default. Terkadang, Anda mungkin ingin menerapkan batas ke sel untuk membuatnya menonjol. Di sini saya akan memperkenalkan beberapa pintasan untuk menambah atau menghapus semua batas, serta perintah Border untuk menerapkan batas di Excel.

Tambahkan atau hapus semua batas dengan pintasan di Excel

Tambahkan semua batas luar dengan pintasan Ctrl + perubahan + &: Pilih sel yang ingin Anda tambahkan semua batas luar, lalu tekan Ctrl + perubahan + & kunci pada saat yang sama, sekarang Anda akan melihat batas luar ditambahkan untuk sel yang dipilih segera.

Tambahkan semua batas dengan pintasan lain - H - B - A: Pilih rentang yang ingin Anda tambahkan semua batas, lalu tekan lain, H, B, A kunci satu per satu. Lihat tangkapan layar:

Hapus semua perbatasan dengan pintasan Ctrl + perubahan + _: Pilih rentang yang ingin Anda hapus semua perbatasannya, dan tekan Ctrl + perubahan + _ kunci secara bersamaan, maka Anda akan melihat semua batas dihapus dari rentang yang dipilih.

Tambahkan semua batas ke sel dengan perintah Perbatasan di Excel

Selain tombol pintas, kita juga dapat menerapkan perintah Perbatasan untuk menambahkan semua batas ke sel yang dipilih dengan mudah di Excel.

1. Pilih sel yang ingin Anda tambahkan semua batas di Excel.

2. Pergi ke Beranda tab, dan kemudian klik Batas > Semua Perbatasan. Lihat tangkapan layar:

Kemudian Anda akan melihat semua batas ditambahkan ke sel yang dipilih sekaligus.

if you are new on Excel then try this Shortcuts ... no One will tell about this .
1 : For Spelling Check ( Just Select the Sentence or Word and Hold ALT Key and press R + S or just press only F7 after Selecting the Text )
2 : For Wrap Text ( Select the Box and Hold ALT and press H +W )
3: To Copy and Paste your Text in to New Excel Sheet ( Hold CTRL +A +C + N+ V ) and you are Done
4: For New Sheet ( Hold CTRL +N )
5: To Find Some Thing In Your Sheet ( Hold CTRL + F or CTRL + H)
6: To Save Your Documents ( Hold CTRL + S or ALT + 1 )
7: To Close Your Current Sheet ( CTRL + W )
8: To Copy ( CTRL + C )
9: To Paste ( CTRL + V )
10: To Cut ( CTRL + X )
11: To Undo ( CTRL + Z )
12: To Copy Upper Cell Dialogue or Sentence ( Just Hold CTRL and Press D (CTRL + D )

You are right! Pressing Alt – H – B – A keys successively will add all borders to the selection.

Ctrl + Shift + & is able to add outside borders for the highlighted selection only.
