Bagaimana cara mengubah template buku kerja / lembar default di Excel?

Biasanya saat kita membuat buku kerja baru tanpa menerapkan template, ini akan ditampilkan seperti gambar layar berikut.

Tapi sekarang saya memformat buku kerja kosong, seperti memformat ke kotak persegi / kertas, dan saya ingin itu diterapkan secara otomatis setiap kali membuat buku kerja baru tanpa templat yang ditentukan, bagaimana cara mengatasinya? Dalam kondisi ini, kita perlu mengubah template Excel default.

Ubah templat buku kerja Excel default

Langkah 1: Buat buku kerja baru, format buku kerja yang Anda butuhkan.

Langkah 2: Klik File > Save > komputer > Browse di Excel 2013, atau klik File /Tombol kantor > Save di Excel 2007 dan 2010.

Langkah 3: Di kotak dialog Save As yang akan datang:

(1) Beri nama template baru sebagai buku dalam Nama file kotak;

(2) Klik Save as type kotak dan tentukan Template Excel (* .xltx) dari daftar drop-down;

(3) Hapus jalur penyimpanan di kotak Alamat, lalu tempel jalur berikut ke kotak Alamat dan tekan Enter kunci.

C: \ Documents and Settings \% username% \ Application Data \ Microsoft \ Excel \ XLSTART

(4) Klik Save .

Langkah 4: Mulai ulang Microsoft Excel.

Mulai sekarang, saat membuat buku kerja baru tanpa menentukan templat, itu akan membuat buku kerja kosong dalam format templat buku kerja default ini.

Ubah templat lembar kerja Excel default

Meskipun Anda mengubah templat buku kerja default, Anda harus mengubah templat lembar kerja Excel default agar lembar kerja baru tersebut akan menerapkan format atau gaya yang ditentukan.

Langkah 1: Buat buku kerja baru, dan format satu lembar kerja yang Anda butuhkan.

Langkah 2: Hapus semua lembar kerja di buku kerja ini, kecuali lembar kerja yang Anda format.

Langkah 3: Klik File > Save > komputer > Browse di Excel 2013, atau klik File /Tombol kantor > Save di Excel 2007 dan 2010.

Langkah 4: Di kotak dialog Save As yang akan datang:

(1) Beri nama template baru sebagai lembar dalam Nama file kotak;

(2) Klik Save as type kotak dan tentukan Template Excel (* .xltx) dari daftar drop-down;

(3) Hapus jalur penyimpanan di kotak Alamat, lalu tempel jalur berikut ke kotak Alamat dan tekan Enter kunci.

C: \ Documents and Settings \% username% \ Application Data \ Microsoft \ Excel \ XLSTART

(4) Klik Save .

Langkah 5: Mulai ulang Microsoft Excel, lalu semua lembar kerja baru menerapkan format templat Lembar Kerja default secara otomatis.

Note: Jika Anda ingin memulihkan templat buku kerja default asli dan templat lembar kerja Microsoft Excel, cukup buka folder dengan jalur berikut, lalu hapus buku kerja buku dan Lembar.

C: \ Documents and Settings \% username% \ Application Data \ Microsoft \ Excel \ XLSTART

Hi, it work for me when i open the first excel, but when im in and i make a new sheet, that sheet has not have the new default sheet.

I created that folder in the Application Data folder and placed the teplates there but it did not make any difference

I can open the files from there and it opens the files the way I want it but when right click on the desktop to create a new excel workbook it is not using the template It opens it from some other location that is still a mystery or maybe it's part of the excel program and it cannot be changed This is the main problem I have and that is why changing the gridlines does not have any effect on the new workbook that I open

I found a workaround for this problem


After massing around with all the settings and not finding anything that works I happened to place the excel 2010 exe file onto the taskbar
It seems that by doing that it is using the template that I created instead of the new workbook that comes up as the default when I right click on the desktop
Apparently there is no way to change the color that is assigned to the Automatic color and right clicking on the desktop to open a new file it opens a new workbook not the template that I created so now when I click on the excel in the taskbar it opens a new workbook from a template

Also if I right click on the excel on the taskbar I can open any recent excel files so I don't have to look around for them on the desktop or in any folders

This is not working for me

I have excel 2010 and I have invisible grid lines I modified the sheet and saved it as template

The only difference is that the folder shown in the instructions I don't have that so I created it but when I open excel it's not loading the template it's still loading the original from wherever it is located

Hi Mike,
The default book or sheet templates must be saved in the specified folder with the specified names. If they are stored in other folders or with other names, they cannot be applied automatically.

Not sure if this is a problem but in the Application Data I don't have Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART instead I have Local Local low and Roaming and only there I have those folders Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART
Should I create the Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART in the Application Data folder and delete the Excel\XLSTART folder from the Roaming\Microsoft folder ?
